Cash Rebate Program

To start earning rebates, you'll need to create a free account on PropFirm Rebate. This account will be used to track your purchases, submit rebate claims, and manage your payouts.

1. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the page
2. Fill out the registration form with your name, email, and password
3. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
4. Complete your profile by adding your payment information for future rebate payouts

To qualify for the 5% cashback rebate, your purchases must meet the following criteria:

• Purchases must be made through our affiliate links on the PropFirm Rebate website
• Eligible prop firms include all firms featured on our website
• Both evaluation accounts and funded account fees are eligible for rebates
• Purchases must be new accounts (renewals and upgrades may be eligible on a case-by-case basis)
• The purchase must be successfully completed and not refunded

After making a purchase through our affiliate links, you can verify if your order is eligible for a rebate using our Order Lookup Tool:

1. Log in to your PropFirm Rebate account
2. Navigate to the "Submit Purchase" section in your dashboard
3. Enter your order number and the prop firm where you made the purchase
4. Click "Verify Order" to check if your purchase is in our system

If your order is found, you'll see a confirmation message and can proceed to submit your rebate claim. If not, you may need to manually submit your purchase details for verification.

To submit a rebate claim, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PropFirm Rebate account
2. Go to the "Submit Purchase" page
3. Fill out the rebate claim form with the following information:
   • Order number
   • Purchase date
   • Prop firm name
   • Account size/purchase amount
4. Upload a screenshot or PDF of your purchase confirmation email or receipt
5. Submit your claim

After submitting your rebate claim, our team will review it to ensure it meets all eligibility requirements:

• Most claims are reviewed within 3-5 business days
• We verify your purchase with the prop firm to confirm it was made through our affiliate link
• Once verified, your rebate will be approved and credited to your account
• You'll receive an email notification when your rebate is approved

If there are any issues with your claim, our team will contact you for additional information or clarification.
